Updates
New information is frequently added on the web site. These updates can be vital for efficient working with the LightScanner®. Therefore we will send mails to the LightScanner® users when new information appears on the web site.
If you want your e-mail address to be included in the mailing list please send the request to responsible person.

Feedback
If there is a problem with the LightScanner® please do not hesitate to contact the responsible person who will report any problems to BIOKE which is a distributing company of Idaho Technology Inc.
On a PC connected to the LightScanner® you can find the folder ‘results of runs’ with a file ‘feed back.xls’. When finished with the scan, please fill the required fields in the file regardless how successful your run was. Every week we will check the feedback file. It will help us to track the performance of the system.

Back-up
Back up of the data stored in the folder ‘results of runs’ on PC connected to the LightScanner® is done every week and is available upon request.
