Therefore if you optimize an assay please write it down in the ‘list of optimized assays.xls’ on the LightScanner® PC (folder My documents/LightScanner documents/assays/list of optimized assays.xls). Even if you think that nobody will use your primers please fill in the required fields to keep a record. The file will be checked every week and updated on the web site.
